Has your lender asked for a structural report on the property you are hoping to purchase? Don't despair! We can arrange for a Chartered Building Surveyor with specific skills and knowledge of construction defects to visit and prepare the neccessary report for the lender. Chartered Building Surveyors are ideally suited to diagnosing and sepecifying specific remedial action for traditional buildings, including older buildings including those in a conservation area or Grade 1 and Grade 2 listed buildings.
