Planning Permission

Planning permission is usually required if you intend to alter your home in any way such as extension, loft conversion, change of use or dividing part of your house for use as a separate dwelling.

There are certain proposals that do not require a formal planning application such as small extensions and some loft conversions. Once you have decided to accept our design proposal, our experienced staff will carefully guide you through the often complex process of obtaining planning consent and building regulation approval.

Where appropriate we will also prepare and submit detailed structural engineering calculations for approval by your local authority building control department.
