If you are considering an extension or conversion of the loft space in your home, we will be pleased to arrange a meeting for one of our surveyors to meet with you at your home, during which time our surveyor will be pleased to discuss with you in detail your extension or loft conversion requirements.

After the meeting we will provide a detailed written quotation which is offered without obligation. Our quotation will set out works that are to be carried out, and will provide you with a fixed price.

Duerden Designs provide professional advice in relation to the design and construction, on all types of extension and loft conversion, including size, costs and explanation of local authority terminology.
